By using the service you represent that you meet these requirements and that the information you provide is accurate and complete. Accounts are intended for business use in connection with legitimate B2B outreach.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to safeguard your account.
You agree to use Mailscale only for lawful purposes and in compliance with the CAN-SPAM Act, GDPR, and all other applicable regulations governing electronic communications. You may not use the service to send unsolicited bulk email outside of legitimate business outreach, to distribute malware, to engage in fraudulent activity, or to harass or harm others. Misuse may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account.
Mailscale is offered on a subscription basis. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees to your chosen payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. All fees are stated exclusive of taxes, which you are responsible for paying where applicable.
Where a deliverability commitment is offered, it provides domain replacement only. It does not entitle you to any monetary refund, credit, chargeback, or compensation of any kind. Deliverability depends on factors outside our control, including your sending practices, list quality, and recipient behavior.
All content, software, branding, and materials provided through Mailscale are owned by Mailscale or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the service for your internal business purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the service.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the service at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these terms or engage in conduct that we determine to be harmful to the service or other users. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.
The service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee any specific results, including campaign performance or revenue. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mailscale shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
